DEP Invites Comments On Renewal Of Title V Air Quality Permit For The Energy Center Fuel Oil/Natural Gas Power Plant Serving Downtown Harrisburg Heating District, Dauphin County

The Department of Environmental Protection is now accepting comments on the renewal of the Title V Air Quality Permit for the fuel oil/natural gas Energy Center Harrisburg, LLC power plant serving the downtown Harrisburg heating/cooling district in Dauphin County. (
PA Bulletin, page 7988)

No public hearing has been scheduled, but one may be requested.

Comments are due December 22 - 30 days from this notice.
