-- PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices, Opportunities To Comment - January 4 [PaEN]


-- DEP published notice in the January 4 PA Bulletin inviting comments on draft Technical Guidance for Maintaining Freeboard and Dewatering of Well Development Impoundments for Unconventional Oil and Gas Operations. [DEP ID: 800-2200-005]  The deadline for comments is February 3.  [Note: The notice says January 6, but that’s an error.]   Read more here.


-- DEP published notice in the January 4 PA Bulletin announcing an extension of the comment period for the draft Public Water Supply Manual Part II: Community Water System Design Standards to March 3. 


-- DEP published notice in the January 4 PA Bulletin announcing the extension of the comment period for the proposed Hazardous Sites Cleanup Act consent order and agreement between DEP and Penn State University for the Benner Township PFAS contamination site in Centre County to February 12.  (PA Bulletin, page 144)


-- DEP published notice in the January 4 PA Bulletin inviting Groups To Submit Data Related To Stream Redesignation Evaluations Of 66 Wild Trout Streams In Berks, Blair, Cameron, Centre, Clearfield, Columbia, Crawford, Cumberland, Elk, Erie, Franklin, Indiana, Jefferson, Lebanon, McKean, Potter, Schuylkill, Snyder, Tioga, Venango Counties.

-- 611 E. Nield Street, LLC - Warehouse Project East Nields Industrial Center: DEP invites comments on an Individual NPDES Stormwater Permit for a 27.93 acre warehouse project impacting Chester Creek in West Chester Borough, Chester County.  (PA Bulletin, page 63)

-- Energy Transfer Marketing & Terminals, LP Marcus Hook Terminal: DEP invites comments on Title V Air Quality Permit renewal for the facility located in Marcus Hook Borough, Delaware County. February 11 hearing scheduled.   (PA Bulletin, page 74Read more here.

-- Monroe Energy LLC - Trainer Refinery: DEP published a notice correcting the hearing date for the Title V RACT 3 Air Quality Permit for the Monroe Energy LLC Trainer Refinery in Trainer Borough, Delaware County.
