Event organizers anticipate more than 200 conservation professionals from around the state will attend the second annual conference.
Organizers noted that various levels of event sponsorships are available, which include conference registrations, recognition in the banquet program, exhibit tables and other perks.
The Center for Agricultural Conservation Assistance Training, administered by Penn State Extension, will host the event.
This conference is designed for conservation district employees, agricultural conservation professionals, and anyone associated with the Agriculture Conservation Assistance Program or other conservation financial assistance programs.
The event is aimed at enhancing skills, expanding knowledge and growing the capacity of the agricultural conservation workforce — both current and future.
Sponsors can set up an exhibit table for Day 1 and Day 2 of the conference. Additionally, the evening of Day 1 will feature a two-hour sponsor social followed by a conservation trivia contest.
Below are details on each level of sponsorship:
-- Bronze ($150) includes one full conference registration and recognition in the banquet program.
-- Silver ($300) includes one full conference registration, recognition in the banquet program and an exhibit table at the sponsor social.
-- Gold ($500) includes two full conference registrations, recognition in the banquet program, an exhibit table at the sponsor social, and logo and URL link recognition on Penn State Extension social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, which reach more than 6,000 followers.
-- Platinum ($1,000) includes three full conference registrations, recognition in the banquet program, an exhibit table at the sponsor social, logo and URL link recognition on Penn State Extension social media channels, and a social media toolkit with images and URL for the event that can be used to promote sponsorship on the company’s social media platforms.
This level also offers company name recognition in Spotify radio ads, recognition in the preconference slides and during breaks, and the opportunity to show a promotional video or PowerPoint slides.
The registration deadline for sponsors is March 9. More information is available on the Penn State Extension Sponsorship webpage.
