Penn State Extension Jan. 16 Webinar On Forest Carbon Markets And Payment Programs Expert Panel

Penn State Extension will host a January 16 webinar featuring an expert panel on Forest Carbon Markets and Payment Programs from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Join Extension for an insightful webinar panel featuring representatives from leading forest carbon payment programs, including the Family Forest Carbon Program (FFCP), Finite Carbon, and Climate Action Reserve, along with a verification auditor who will share their expertise on the complexities of forest carbon markets and payment programs. 

This panel will cover essential topics, such as project development, verification and auditing processes, and various payment schemes and structures, providing a comprehensive look at how forest landowners and managers can engage with these programs. 

Attendees will have the chance to pose questions directly to the panelists, offering a valuable opportunity to explore potential income sources and gain clarity on program specifics.
