The following DEP notices were published in the September 30 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities. Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the September 30 PA Bulletin it has scheduled a public hearing on October 31 on a proposed Title V Air Quality Permit for the Eastern Gas Transmission South Oakford Natural Gas Compressor Station located in Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County.
