The following DEP notices were published in the February 18 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

-- Eastern Gas Transmission & Storage, Inc. - Finnefrock Compressor Station: DEP issued Title V Air Quality Permit for facility in Leidy Twp., Clinton County. (PA Bulletin, page 1002)

-- Perennial Energy CMM Pennsylvania, LLC - Coal Mine Methane Flares: DEP invites comments on an Air Quality Permit for coal mine methane flaring system in Hanover Twp., Washington County.  (PA Bulletin, page 972)

-- Equitrans, LP Waynesburg - Compressor Station: DEP invites comments on an Air Quality Permit renewal for the compressor station in Franklin Twp., Greene County.  (PA Bulletin, page 972)
