The permit amendment request is for the installation of Post Construction Stormwater Management Best Management Practices in the area of Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) 541 along Middletown Road in Thornbury Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
The PCSM BMPs to be installed include amended soils, 3 detention berms, a diversion berm, and 36-inch perforated storage pipe to collect and detain upstream flow.
