WeConservePA: Oct. 14 Diversity, Equity, Inclusion And Justice Training Webinar

WeConservePA will host a webinar on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice Training for executive directors, board chairs and DEIJ Change Agents October 14 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Marcelo Bonta is a national DEIJ expert focusing on conservation, and the founder of J.E.D.I. Heart. 

He will lead participants through a workshop specifically tailored towards the unique role these organizational leaders play. 

Included will be guidance on how to effectively lead and support the organization through a DEIJ change process, and how to effectively integrate DEIJ values and principles in their leadership. 

Also joining us will be a guest speaker who will share his experience and lessons learned as an executive director guiding a non-profit through a DEIJ change process.
