DEP Notice Of Chapter 102/105 Permit Revisions Submitted For Mariner East 2 Pipeline In Chester, Delaware Counties

The Department of Environmental Protection published notices in the November 22 PA Bulletin Chapter 102 (Erosion & Sedimentation) and Chapter 105 (Water Obstruction & Encroachment) permit revisions have been submitted for the Mariner East 2 Pipeline in Chester and Delaware counties (PA Bulletin, starting on page 7032).
