The Delaware River Basin Commission will hold a public hearing on November 13 and a business meeting the following month on December 11.
Both the public hearing and business meeting are open to the public and will be held at the Washington Crossing Historic Park Visitor Center, 1112 River Road, Washington Crossing, Bucks County.
The hearing will start at 1:30 p.m. and the business meeting at 10:30 a.m.
Hearing items include draft dockets for withdrawals, discharges, and other projects that could have a substantial effect on the basin’s water resources.
Also on the hearing agenda is a draft resolution establishing an Advisory Committee on Climate Change and providing for its membership, purpose and initial charges.
At the business meeting, DRBC will consider the items on the hearing agenda.
