The Allegheny County Master Watershed Steward Program will hold a series of 6 public information meetings in July for volunteers interested in joining the program.
What to improve your community? The Master Watershed Steward Program trains and empowers individuals to protect environmental resources in Allegheny County.
The meetings will be held starting at 6:30 p.m. on--
-- July 22: Moon Township Municipal Building;
-- July 23: Penn State Ctr. Energy Innovation Ctr, Pittsburgh;
-- July 24: Westinghouse Lodge, Forest Hills Borough;
-- July 25: Round Hill Park Visitor Center, Elizabeth Twp.;
-- July 29: Hampton Township Community Center; and
-- July 30: Mount Lebanon Public Library, Mt. Lebanon Twp.

The next training session for volunteers interested in joining the program will run from September 23 to January 20.
