On April 10, join the Brodhead Watershed Association and the Brodhead Chapter of Trout Unlimited for Bloom Times, Budburst, Bird Migration, and Bugs, the second in a series of climate change programs.
The event will feature speaker Dr. Diane Husic, dean of natural science at Moravian College. Husic will speak about the regional effects of climate change and the Eastern Pennsylvania Phenology Project, a citizen science undertaking to help collect observations of changes occurring in our natural world.
A brief membership meeting of the local Trout Unlimited chapter will begin at 7 p.m., with Husic’s presentation to follow. The public is invited to attend both the meeting and presentation.
The event will be held at Brodhead Creek Heritage Center, 1539 Cherry Lane Road in Analomink, Monroe County.
This event is the second in BWA’s Climate Change speaker series.
