The PA Grade Crude (Oil) Development Advisory Council is scheduled to meet on January 25 to discuss a variety of issues including a new Conventional Oil and Gas Act.
Also on the agenda are discussions of legacy wells, produced water, several DEP technical guidance documents and an annual Council report.
The agenda also includes whether to form a committee to review Chapter 78 oil and gas regulations.
The meeting will be held at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex, Room 10-11, 711 Pratt Drive, Indiana starting at 10:00.
