The RACT II Air Quality Compliance Plan for Penn State University in State College, Centre County will be the subject of a Department of Environmental Protection public hearing October 10, if a hearing is requested. (PA Bulletin page 5737)
The hearing will be held starting at 10:00 at the DEP Northcentral Regional Office, 208 West Third Street, Suite 101 in Williamsport.
