The Department of Environmental Protection is scheduled to hold hearings in July on a proposed State Air Quality Implementation Plan amendments for RACT II controls relating to nitrogen oxide and volatile organic compound emissions for four facilities in DEP’s Southeast Region and one in DEP’s Northcentral Region. Southeast Region
The DEP Southeast Regional Office will hold a hearing on RACT II plans for these facilities on July 13-- Fairless Energy, LLC, Falls Township, Bucks County, The Boeing Company in Ridley Township, Delaware County, Sunoco Partners Marketing & Terminal, LP, Marcus Hook Borough, Delaware County, Global Advanced Metals USA, Inc. in Douglass Township Montgomery County.
The hearing will be held at the DEP Southeast Regional Office, 2 East Main Street, Norristown, Montgomery County starting at 9:00 a.m. for Fairless Energy, LLC, 11:00 a.m. Sunoco Partners Marketing & Terminal, LP, 1:30 p.m. for The Boeing Company, 3:30 p.m. for Global Advanced Metals. If no speakers pre-register, the hearing will be canceled for that facility.

Northcentral Region
The DEP Northcentral Regional Office will hold a hearing on RACT II plans for First Quality Tissue, LLC in Castanea Township, Clinton County on July 12 starting at 10:00 a.m.
The hearing will be held at the DEP Northcentral Regional Office, 208 West Third Street, Suite 101 in Williamsport. If no speakers pre-register, the hearing will be canceled for that facility.
