The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the February 11 PA Bulletin (page 905) it has issued the Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the Empire Pipeline Project in McKean County.
On February 3, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission approve the construction of the Empire Pipeline.
