The Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, Capital Region Council of Governments, and Environmental Finance Center will offer a Strategies for Financing Your Stormwater Project Workshop on August 30 at the Derry Township Municipal Complex, 600 Clearwater Road, Hershey, Dauphin County, starting at 10:00 a.m.
The workshop is geared towards MS4 managers, municipal staff, engineers, elected officials, and anyone else working in stormwater.
Presentations will include--
-- Setting The Stage - Examples of Regional Stormwater Collaboration in PA: Donna Morelli, Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, Ann Simonetti, Capital Region Council of Governments;
-- Introduction to Stormwater Financing: Jen Cotting, Environmental Finance Center; and
-- Panel-Planning For Stormwater Management, 3 Communities’ Approaches: Pamela Shellenberger, York County Chief of Long Range Planning, Megan Lehman, Lycoming County Lead Planner, Jeremy miller, Hampden Township Director of Public Works.
