The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of a proposed state water quality certification for the 78.4 mile Tennessee Gas Northeast Energy Direct Pipeline Project in Bradford and Susquehanna counties in the March 5 PA Bulletin (page 1279).
The notice indicates DEP anticipates issuing the water quality certification. It is accepting comments on the proposed certification until April 4.
