EQB To Consider Explosive, Radioactive Materials Remining Regs Sept. 15

On September 15 the Environmental Quality Board will consider regulations related to explosives, radioactive materials and coal remining requirements, including--

-- Proposed Handling And Use Of Explosive Regulation Changes

-- Final Regulations: Security Rule For Radioactive Material

-- Updated Proposed Regulations Covering Remining Requirements

The meeting will be held in Room 105 Rachel Carson Building in Harrisburg starting at  9:00.
