DEP’s Citizens Advisory Council will meet on April 21 and hear presentations on DEP’s proposed final version of the Chapter 78 (conventional) and 78A (unconventional) drilling regulations and the National Governor’s Association Assistance Program on EPA’s proposed Section 111(d) Clean Power Rule.
Also on the agenda is a discussion of the two new technical guidance documents now out for public review to implement the Act 162 stream buffer requirements and Council will hear a report from its Committee reviewing the Act 54 underground mining impact report.
DEP also provided CAC with its regular monthly report on agency activities.
The meeting will be held in Room 105 Rachel Carson Building in Harrisburg starting at 10:00 a.m., or as soon as the Environmental Quality Board meeting is over in that same room.
