The House Democratic Policy Committee will hold a hearing on March 2 starting at 10:00 on what Pennsylvania can do to achieve carbon neutrality.
There will be eight speakers, including world-class climate scientist Richard Alley, controversial Cornell Professor Tony Ingraffa and PUC Commissioner James Cawley.
Rep. Greg Vitali (D-Delaware), Minority Chair of the House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee, will lead the hearing.
