DCNR Leases Streambed In Greene County For Oil And Gas

The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Saturday published notice of the execution of an oil and gas lease agreement on the streambed for Tenmile Creek in Morgan Township, Greene County, to allow gas development without disturbing the streambed.  The lease will result in a payment to DCNR of $10,200.
