Oct. 15 WITF Radio: Chesapeake Bay TMDL Pollution Reduction Plan

WITF Radio Smart Talk for Friday, October 15: We'll discuss the new Chesapeake Bay "TMDL." That stands for Total Maximum Daily Load, and it refers to the largest amount of a pollutant a body of water can hold and still meet water quality standards. A TMDL is being developed for the Chesapeake Bay. It will be up and running in the next few months.
