Unfortunately, the notice listed the project in the wrong county-- Allegheny County. The right one is Washington County.
DEP will publish a new notice in the PA Bulletin in about two weeks opening a new comment period with the correct information.

The pipelines include-- - 8-inch Majorsville Houston, 12-inch Hamilton Wilhelm, 16-inch Majorsville Welling, and 20-inch Majorsville Welling.
No hearing has been scheduled in the original notice, but one may be requested.
Comments will be due 30 days after the notice appears in the PA Bulletin.
