WVIA reported the Office said in a letter to the New York City-based developers of the project saying, in-part-- “Due to Project Gravity's lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to provide a transparent overview of the project, we are terminating your participation in the PA Permit Fast Track program.”
Project Gravity is a proposed seven building A.I. data center complex, one of 12 proposed data center projects in Lackawanna County.
Members of the Stop Archbald Data Center group questioned why Project Gravity was accepted into the Fast Track program.
