The project will involve 39 crossings of tributaries to Tuscarora Creek, Little Meshoppen Creek, Nick Creek, floodways and wetlands.
"The project will result in 205 lineal feet of stream impacts, 37,684 square feet (0.87 acre) of total floodway only impacts, 18,469 square feet (0.42 acre) of palustrine emergent (PEM) wetlands impacts, and 117 square feet (0.003 acre) of palustrine scrub-shrub (PSS) wetlands impacts to provide safe reliable conveyance of freshwater for development of Marcellus Shale natural gas."
No hearing has been scheduled, but one may be requested.
