DEP To Hold May 27 Hearing [If Requested] On RACT III Title V Air Quality Permit For the Domtar Paper Company Johnsonburg Mill In Elk County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the April 25 PA Bulletin announcing a May 27 hearing [if requested] on a RACT III Title V Air Quality Permit for the Domtar Paper Company Johnsonburg Mill in Johnsonburg Borough, Elk County.   (PA Bulletin, page 2329)

The hearing will be held at the DEP Northwest Regional Office, 230 Chestnut Street in Meadville starting at 10:00 a.m.

Comments are due to DEP by June 7- 10 days after the hearing.

All pertinent documents are available for public review between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the DEP Northwest Regional Office, 230 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335. Appointments for scheduling a review may be made by calling the Department at 814-332-6078.
