PA Office Of Outdoor Recreation Hosts Jan. 21 Webinar On Economic Impact Of Outdoor Recreation

The
PA Office of Outdoor Recreation will host a January 21 webinar on the Economic Impact of Outdoor Recreation from Noon to 12:45 p.m.

We’ve heard it many times that outdoor recreation is a $19 billion industry in Pennsylvania, accounting for 2 percent of Pennsylvania’s gross domestic product (GDP) and creating more than 168,000 jobs.

We want to know more, we need to know more.

The Pennsylvania Office of Outdoor Recreation has spent the last year getting to know the outdoor recreation industry better and is ready to dive deeper into the economic impact these businesses have in our counties and Commonwealth.

Join the Pennsylvania Office of Outdoor Recreation for an educational webinar to learn about Pennsylvania’s efforts to gain deeper insights into--

-- The Office of Outdoor Recreation’s approach to outdoor industry data

-- Data available now and data needs for the future
