-- PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices, Opportunities To Comment - December 27 [PaEN]


-- DEP published notices in the December 27 PA Bulletin inviting comments on water quality permits for the Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc. 13.1 mile LN-10 Project to replace 20-inch natural gas pipeline in Armstrong and Westmoreland counties.  (PA Bulletin, page 8814-8815)   The permits include Chapter 105 (Encroachment) and Chapter 102 (Erosion and Sedimentation) applications for the project route in Burrell and Kiskiminetas Townships, Armstrong County and Bell and Washington Townships, Westmoreland County.  Read more here.


-- DEP published notice in the December 27 PA Bulletin inviting comments on the renewal of the Title V Air Quality Permit for the 750 MW natural gas-fired Marcus Hook Energy power plant in Marcus Hook Borough, Delaware County.  (PA Bulletin, page 8784)  No public hearing has been scheduled, but one may be requested. -- FirstEnergy PA Electric Company - ROWA LG2 Goudey-Tiffany 115 kV Remediation Project: DEP invites comments on an Individual Stormwater Permit covering 14.8 acres discharging into Little Snake Creek, Laurel Lake Creek, Silver Creek (Exceptional Value), Fall Brook (Exceptional Value), McCormick Run (Exceptional Value) and Fall Brook (Exceptional Value located in Franklin and Silver Lake Townships, Susquehanna County.  (PA Bulletin, page 8777)

-- Mid-Atlantice Interstate Transmission - 75 Line Carsonia-Lyons-N. Section 401 Certification

-- US Army Corps Of Engineers - Open Water Placement Of Dredged Material/Concrete Rubble In Ohio River: DEP issued a Section 401 Water Quality Certification for a project related to construction at the Montgomery Locks and Dam Facility in Industry Boro, Potter Township, Shippingport Boro and Racoon Township, Beaver County.  (PA Bulletin, page 8815)
