The executive director will serve as the chief executive of the Conservancy, responsible for leading the organization’s daily operations and ensuring mission delivery through land protection, conservation initiatives, and organizational development.
Reporting to the President of the Board of Directors, the executive director will manage staff, oversee finances, and cultivate donors and community relationships.
The executive director will work in close partnership with the Board of Directors to develop and implement the organization’s Strategic Plan.
This is an opportunity for a demonstrated partnership builder with a passion for conservation who possesses both strong technical and soft skills to guide a growing organization.
