The actual 2024 emissions of the primary pollutants from the facility are as follows: 292.7783 tons nitrogen oxide, 158.0768 tons carbon monoxide, 427.551 tons volatile organic compounds, 40.5439 tons PM-10, 40.2151 tons PM-2.5, and 374.8501 tons sulfur dioxide.
The deadline for comments is December 8-- 30 days from the notice. Comments should be sent to: DEP's Northwest Regional Office, Air Quality Program, 230 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335.
No hearing has been scheduled, but one can be requested.
All pertinent documents used in the evaluation of the application are available for public review during normal business hours at the DEP's Northwest Regional Office, Air Quality Program, 230 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335.
