DEP Posted 87 Pages Of Permit-Related Notices In October 12 PA Bulletin

-- PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices, Opportunities To Comment - October 12 [PaEN]


-- DEP published notice in the October 12 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a proposed Air Quality General Permit (GP-16) for Gaseous Fuel-Fired Spark Ignition Internal Combustion Engines.  Comments are due November 15.   [Copy Of Documents ]


-- DEP published notice in the October 12 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a proposed consent order and agreement with Cyprus Amax Minerals Company on payment of natural resource damages and restoration of the American Zinc and Chemical Site located in Smith Township, Washington County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6522)

The notice said the proposed COA is available for comment for 60 days after the notice and can be reviewed at DEP’s Southwest Regional Office in Pittsburgh and is available online.   Read more here.

-- City Of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County - MS4 Stormwater Permit: DEP invites comments on the renewal of an individual MS4 stormwater permit for waters in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County impacting Pine Creek, Montour Run, Squaw Run (High Quality), Turtle Creek, Allegheny River, Ohio River, Monongahela River.
