PA Assn. Environmental Educators Call For Presentation Proposals For 2025 Annual Conference Set For March 10-12 In Erie

The
PA Association Of Environmental Educators is now accepting presentation proposals for the 2025 Annual Conference scheduled for March 10 to 12 in Erie.  The deadline for proposals is September 13.

The theme of this year’s conference – Waves of Connection – celebrates what makes PAEE so special-- the collective ability as passionate environmental educators to drive change through resilience, diversity, engagement, and connections. 

PAEE encourages presentations that incorporate experiences and activities from community events, school programs, advocacy work, staff training, and more.

The Conference tracks for the Conference are--

-- Connecting to Science: Are you an expert on rocks, mushrooms, or other nature topics? Share your knowledge to help educators improve their understanding of specific natural science topics or present cutting-edge research that could reach a wider audience.

-- Connecting to Classrooms: Have a great program you’d like to share? Present your activities, lesson plans, or learning experiences. Examples could include STEELS-aligned and MWEE projects.

-- Connecting to Communities: Partnerships are essential for environmental education. Share how you collaborate with your community to protect the natural world.

All sessions will be scheduled 60 minutes in length.
