DEP Posted 53 Pages Of Permit-Related Notices In June 22 PA Bulletin

June 22 PA Bulletin-- 

-- PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices, Opportunities To Comment - June 22 [PaEN]


-- DEP Permitting Efficiency: Since Nov. 2023, DEP Received 15,705 Permit Applications, 3,740 Pending, Only 9 Did Not Meet Review Deadlines And Are Eligible For PAyback  [6.22.24]


-- DEP Oil & Gas Program: Zero Conventional Permits Received, Zero Conventional Permits Under Review, Zero Conventional Permits Issued; 6 Shale Gas Permits Received, 5 Under Review, 24 Permits Issued Week Ending June 14, 2024


Permits

-- The Department of Environmental Protection will hold a July 2 virtual public hearing starting at 6:00 p.m. on a PA General Energy project to construct a 12-inch natural gas and two 8-inch water pipelines through Cummings and McHenry Townships in Lycoming County.  [Permit: E4129223-006]

The project would build the pipelines within a 30-foot wide permanent right-of-way and a temporary right-of-way that varies in width.  (PA Bulletin, page 3580)   Read more here.

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the June 22 PA Bulletin announcing a July 23 hearing on an Individual Stormwater Permit for a Core5 warehouse project located in Lowhill Township, Lehigh County impacting the Little Lehigh Creek (High Quality) and Exceptional Value wetlands.  (PA Bulletin, page 3579)

The hearing will be held at the Germansville Volunteer fire Company, 6011 Memorial road, Bermansville from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the June 22 PA Bulletin announcing a July 31 hearing on a Title V RACT 3 Air Quality Permit for the York Casket Company facility located in Manchester Township, York County.  (PA Bulletin, page 3548)

The hearing will be held at DEP’s Southcentral Regional Office, 909 Elmerton Ave. in Harrisburg at 1:00 p.m.   Public comments are due July 22.

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the June 22 PA Bulletin announcing it has tentatively made a decision to deny an Individual Stormwater Permit for the 814 acre Walden Solar PA Jefferson LLC project located in Pine Creek and Warsaw Township, Jefferson County and will accept comments on the tentative decision until July 22.   (PA Bulletin, page 3580)

-- The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the June 22 PA Bulletin announcing the opportunity to bid on an abandoned mine reclamation project in Butler County.


Meetings
