The
PA Emergency Management Agency published notice in the May 18 PA Bulletin of 2024 guidance for the Disaster Recovery Assistance Program that provides disaster relief to individuals when other Federal, State, local, nongovernmental or private aid is not available to assist victims of disasters.

DRAP is a State grant program that may offer relief to eligible homeowners and renters in this Commonwealth who have suffered certain losses due to a disaster and do not qualify for a Small Business Administration disaster loan or have insurance to cover their losses.

Eligible households must meet annual income limits included in the guidance starting with a one person household at $75,300 and adding $26,900 for each additional person.
