Slippery Rock Watershed Coalition: Call For Submissions For Westminster College Student Symposium On The Environment Dec. 4 to 7

Once again the
Slippery Rock Watershed Coalition is partnering with the  Westminster College Center for the Environment to host the annual Student Symposium on the Environment on December 4 to 7 in Lawrence County.

 This is a great event that provides students the opportunity to highlight their environmental projects, research, and artistic talent in a supportive atmosphere.

The in-person event will take place at Westminster College in New Wilmington,  on the evening of Thursday, December 7 starting at 5:30 pm. 

From December 4 to 6, there will also be a virtual showcase for video, art and photo submissions.

The event is open to both high school and college students and can include poster, oral, video, presentations as well as artwork submissions.

Students can submit abstracts through this webpage.  Questions can be directed to Dr. Helen Boylan of Westminster College env@westminster.edu.
