Registration Open! PA Assn. Of Environmental Education Virtual Conference March 21-22, In-Person Regional Events March 23

The
PA Association of Environmental Educators is now accepting registrations for the March 21-22 Virtual Annual Conference and in-person regional events on March 23.

The theme of this year's conference - It's in Our Nature - celebrates what makes PAEE so special: our ability as passionate environmental educators to promote change through resiliency, diversity and engagement.

Presentations will incorporate experiences and activities from community events, school programs, advocacy work and staff training.

The Conference keynote speaker will be Rosemary Mosco, a science writer and naturalist who published books and cartoons that connect people with the natural world.

Her Bird and Moon nature comics were the subject of an award-winning museum exhibit and are collected in a book that’s a 2019 ALA Great Graphic Novel for Teens. She writes books about flora and fauna, speaks at birding festivals, and writes for the PBS kids’ show Elinor Wonders Why. Her favorite glacial landform is the esker.

Scholarships

Scholarships are available for both K-12 Teachers, Administrators and Non Formal Educators! Please apply! Deadline is January 22.

Sponsorships & Exhibitors

PAEE is now accepting Conference Sponsorships and Exhibitors! Because we are virtual again this year we are hoping for vendors and exhibitors from all over the state to be able to showcase their work and talent.
