American Rescue Plan Guidance

Sustainable Pittsburgh, with support from regional partners, has produced guidance for local governments on navigating the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, specifically insights and examples on how to position your municipality to use the funding to improve community sustainability.

The next and last tranche for funding is expected to be delivered during summer of 2022. Local governments have until the end of 2024 to decide how to use their allocations.
