Note: The House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee postponed action on a letter to urge the Independent Regulatory Review Commission to disapprove the Carbon Pollution Reduction Program covering power plants [RGGI] until at least July 28.  The Chairman scheduled a meeting before it had the regulation to consider.
