233 Stories: These Conservation Leaders Gave Us Cleaner Water, Land & Air In 2020! They Deserve Our Thanks, Our Support!

Since June of 2004, the
PA Environment Digest has printed over 1,902 stories about thousands of businesses, farmers, schools, local governments, students of all ages, community leaders, nonprofit groups, organizations, seniors and individuals just like you who are doing great things to protect and restore Pennsylvania’s environment.

Here are 233 stories we published during 2020 representing the contributions of hundreds of people across Pennsylvania, even with the COVID pandemic.

 They are people who--

-- Make their communities better;

-- Give their kids better places to play, and adults places to get away from COVID stress;

-- Make their businesses more sustainable and profitable;

-- Keep streams and rivers from flooding;

-- Restore our environment;

-- Manage healthy farms;

-- Clean up 100-year old mine drainage;

-- Teach young and old how to be good stewards;

-- Protect and manage their land as a gift to future generations; and

-- Protect our constitutionally-guaranteed environmental rights.

And this is just a tiny fraction of all the people doing good stuff in all parts of the Commonwealth!

They deserve our support!

They deserve the support of their Senate and House members who represent them!

The stories are arranged in two parts--

-- Part I - Stories Of Conservation & Environmental Leadership

-- Part II - Families Giving The Gift Of Land & Water To Future Generations
