The Pittsburgh-based Landforce job readiness and land stewardship program will be accepting applications to join their crews from March 1 to March 31.
Landforce is a nonprofit that combines work readiness training and support with land stewardship projects that provide green infrastructure maintenance, habitat restoration, trail construction and more.
As crew members gain real work experience, they also make process on their personal and employment goals to secure their next steps in the job market.
Landforce will start a 6-week crew training program on April 22. Only those who successfully complete training can be considered for employment.
Temporary work crew projects will begin after training and conclude in the Fall.
