Help Wanted: Western PA Conservancy Seeks 3 Watershed Interns

The Western Pennsylvania Conservancy is seeking three summer interns for the Watershed Conservation Program based in Indiana, Pa.  The deadline to apply is May 8.
Two positions are available for 12 weeks at 40 hours per week and 1 position is available for 5 weeks at 40 hours per week.
The interns will assist with implementing a variety of watershed restoration projects and aquatic surveys, in close coordination with Watershed Conservation staff.  Duties will include assisting in the areas of: Water quality monitoring & assessment; Watershed restoration; Volunteer training; Project implementation; and Biological survey work focusing on macroinvertebrates, various fish species, and hellbender salamanders is possible.
