The proposed route is from the Pennhills shale gas well pad Z in Jenks Twp., Forest County to the Pin Oak pipeline in Highland Twp., Elk County impacting Pigeon Run (High Quality), floodways and wetlands.
No hearing has been scheduled, but one may be requested.
Comments are due February 2-- 30 days from the notices.
