Greenberg has written six books, including The New York Times Bestseller and Notable Book, Four Fish: The Future of the Last Wild Food.
He is currently the writer-in-residence at The Safina Center, Paul contributes to academic life as a visiting scholar at the University of Washington’s Ocean Nexus Center, and as an adjunct professor at New York University’s Animal Studies Program in Manhattan.
In summers he runs a study-abroad program on the Mediterranean Diet in Greece for Boston’s Northeastern University.
He has been recognized by awards including a James Beard Award for Writing and Literature, a Pew Fellowship in Marine Conservation, a National Endowment for the Arts Literature Fellowship, and many others.
