The project involves the construction of two 16-inch diameter waterlines and one 16-inch diameter gas pipeline which will make four permanent crossings and two permanent wetland crossings.
The stream crossing would occur on Beauty’s Run, an Exceptional Value stream and multiple impacts on Exceptional Value wetlands.

Comments are due to DEP within 30 days of this notice and can be sent to the office and email above.
DEP may schedule a fact-finding hearing or an informal conference in response to comments if deemed necessary.
