DEP Sets Jan. 16 Hearing On East Penn Manufacturing Plant Air Quality Permit In Berks County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the December 2 PA Bulletin announcing a January 16 hearing on a proposed RACT 3 Title V Air Quality Permit for the East Penn Manufacturing Company Plant in Richmond Township, Berks County.   [PA Bulletin, page 7409]

The hearing will be held at DEP’s Southcentral Regional Office in Harrisburg starting at 10:00 a.m.

To register to speak at the hearing, please contact Thomas Hanlon at 717-705-4862 or send email to: thanlon@pa.gov. The last day to pre- register to speak at the hearing will be the Friday before the hearing.

The deadline for public comments is January 26.
