The pipeline project will impact multiple streams and wetlands, including Norris Brook (Exceptional Value) and Baldwin Run (High Quality) watersheds, along a right-of-way through Delmar, Chatham and Middlebury Townships, Tioga County.
The deadline for comments is January 29, 2024. Questions or comments may be sent to: RA-EPEASTERNOGPRG@pa.gov.

The DEP may schedule a fact-finding hearing or an informal conference in response to comments if deemed necessary and requested by the public.
Maps, drawings and other data pertinent to the certification request are available for inspection between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on each working day at DEP’s Oil and Gas Management Program Office at 208 West Third Street in Williamsport.
