DEP Invites Comments At Jan. 9 Hearing On Jessop Steel, LLC Air Quality Permit In Washington County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of a January 9 hearing on a RACT III Title V Air Quality Permit for the Jessop Steel, LLC facility in Canton Township, Washington County.  (Dec. 9 PA Bulletin, page 7632)

The hearing will be held at the DEP Southwest Regional Office, 400 Waterfront Drive in Pittsburgh from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m.
