El Mes de la Herencia Hispana termina oficialmente el 15 de octubre, y para concluir la serie de ediciones especiales que honran a latinos de la región y las celebraciones, Impacto dialogó con el latino de mayor rango en el Estado de Pensilvania, siendo el único que forma parte del gabinete del gobernador Josh Shapiro, un demócrata de alto perfil a nivel nacional.
El secretario del Departamento de Protección al Ambiente, (DEP por sus siglas en inglés), Richard Negrin, dejó en claro cuál es su objetivo y cómo lo piensa hacer. Trabaja para intervenir en forma proactiva, con el objetivo de evitar que se produzcan más crisis ambientales.

Hispanic Heritage Month officially ends on October 15, and to conclude the series of special editions honoring Latinos from the region, Impacto spoke with the highest-ranking Latino in the State of Pennsylvania, being the only one who is part of the cabinet of Gov. Josh Shapiro, a nationally high-profile Democrat.
The Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Richard Negrin, made clear what his objective is and how he intends to do it. He works to intervene proactively, with the goal of preventing further environmental crises from occurring.
