The Department of Environmental Protection will hold public hearings on two NPDES Water Quality Permits for warehouse projects in Lowhill Township, Lehigh County on October 25.
Core5 Industrial Partners applied for an NPDES permit for the discharge of stormwater from construction of a warehouse at Route 100, Orefield, Lowhill Township, Lehigh County.
The project will impact a tributary to Jordan Creek, a High Quality stream.
The hearing will be held October 25 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Germansville Volunteer Fire Company, 6011 Memorial Road, Germansville.
Individuals wishing to testify at the hearing submit a written notice of intent to Colleen Connolly, Community Relations Coordinator at: cconnolly@pa.gov.

CRG Services Warehouse
CRG Services Management, LLC applied for an NPDES permit for the discharge of stormwater from construction of a warehouse at 2951 Betz Court Site, Orefield in Lowhill Township, Lehigh County.
The project would impact Jordan Creek, a High Quality stream, and Exceptional Value Wetlands.
The hearing will be held October 25 from 7:45 to 9:15 p.m. at the Germansville Volunteer Fire Company, 6011 Memorial Road, Germansville.
Individuals wishing to testify at the hearing submit a written notice of intent to Colleen Connolly, Community Relations Coordinator at: cconnolly@pa.gov.
